The Opus One Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Cavan Crystal Hotel and is a Rosette award Winning Restaurant, the only one of its kind in the area. The restaurant offers a fine dining experience in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Under the guidance of their executive chef Dolores O' Reilly, she and her team provide the very best in Irish cuisine with a modern twist. Ingredients are carefully sourced from local and Irish suppliers which reflects in the high quality of seasonally inspired dishes.
The restaurant regularly change their menu in order to provide variation to the guests.
Opus One Restaurant is open from 6pm to 9.30pm every Friday and Saturday and for lunch every Sunday from 12.30 to 3.30pm.
