Wirtschaft zur alten Post is one of many places you can go to sample traditional Swiss food. Known as Erststock - Beizli" (i.e. restaurants located on the first floor). This fact is due to the fact that back in the Middle Ages there was only poor exposure to light on the ground floors. There are many diverse and quaint examples!
